📋 Session details:

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Amir Mohammad Esmaili provided explanations about the history, goals, and activities of the “Iranian Institute for Belt and Road Studies” and pointed out the role of this institute in expanding cultural and scientific cooperation between Iran and China.

Next, the team members brainstormed on how to organize the Iranian pavilion. Topics discussed included the following:

• Food section: Introducing traditional Iranian foods and how to offer small samples to visitors.
• Music section: Exploring the possibility of playing traditional and contemporary Iranian music and performing live by students.
• Cultural and artistic section: Presenting Iranian handicrafts, books, posters, and cultural symbols with the aim of introducing the country’s artistic heritage.
• Booth decoration: Use colors and visual elements related to Iranian culture (carpets, Islamic designs, historical images, etc.).

In conclusion, members emphasized the importance of continuous coordination, division of tasks, and cooperation with other Iranian institutions in Shanghai to better implement the pavilion.

📌 Conclusion:

• The Iranian Institute for Belt and Road Studies was introduced as the cultural sponsor of the Iranian pavilion.
• It was decided to form working committees for each section (food, music, culture, and decor).
